1. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• All taxi bookings must be made through our official channels: Website, Phone, or WhatsApp.

• Bookings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to accept or decline requests.

• Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup time will be charged a cancellation fee.

• If the driver reaches the pickup location and the customer does not show up within 30 minutes, the ride will be canceled, and a fee may apply.

• Last-minute booking requests may be accommodated based on vehicle availability but are not guaranteed.

2. Fare & Payment

• The fare includes only the base rate; additional charges such as toll fees, inter-state permits, and parking charges are not included.

• Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or online payment methods.

• Prices may change due to fuel costs, government taxes, or other factors.

• Any extra stops during the ride will be subject to additional charges.

3. Passenger Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop locations at the time of booking.

• The customer is responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for any loss of items left in the vehicle.

• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

• Any damage caused to the vehicle due to customer negligence will be charged to the customer.

4. Driver & Vehicle Policies

• Drivers are instructed to follow safe driving practices and comply with traffic laws.

• Customers must respect the driver and follow safety regulations during the journey.

• If a vehicle breakdown occurs, we will arrange an alternative vehicle at the earliest convenience.

• Drivers have the right to refuse service to customers who are intoxicated, abusive, or violate company policies.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

• Hoppio is not responsible for any delays due to weather, traffic conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that occurs during the ride.

• Ride-sharing with unknown passengers is not allowed unless approved by Hoppio.

• By booking a ride, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
