You can ask us to delete your Hoppio driver account and the personal data linked to it. We verify the request using your registered mobile number and/or email so that only you can delete your account.

What is deleted

• Your profile — name, mobile number, email and profile photo
• Uploaded KYC and vehicle document images
• Location and device / push-notification tokens

What we may keep

Trip, wallet, commission and payment records may be retained where the law requires (for tax, accounting and dispute-resolution). These are kept only as long as required and are not used for any other purpose.

How long it takes

We acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete verified deletions within 30 days. Settle any pending wallet balance or dues before requesting deletion.
